Abstract
The culture of Indonesian society, which is deeply rooted in animism and dynamism, still sees the widespread practice of magical rituals, including shamanism, in various parts of the country, even in the 21st century. This phenomenon has drawn the attention of a young preacher and ruqyah practitioner from Jombang, East Java, Gus Allam A’laudin Siddiqiy, M.Pd.I. He focuses not only on non-medical healing but also emphasizes ruqyah-based preaching in alignment with the principles of Aswaja (Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama’ah). As a result, he established a community of Aswaja-based cadres specializing in tibbun nabawi (Prophetic medicine) called Jam’iyyah Ruqyah Aswaja or JRA. The research method employed in this study is qualitative, with the primary source being content from the Ruqyah Aswaja TV YouTube channel. The researcher identifies preaching messages through data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the Ruqyah Aswaja YouTube channel not only serves as a means to assist the public in the field of supernatural or magical healing but also acts as a platform for preaching. It aims to reawaken society to Islamic teachings in accordance with shari'ah principles.
